This floor lamp is a good Modernist example of German Brutalist Design balanced with traditional elegance. This sculptural vintage lamp has a light appearance yet sturdy with its elegant curved iron work & clear quality icicle glass shades. The black iron frame has 6 arms from a tripod base. There is elegant brass details at the feet and holding each glass shade. Each arm is topped with 6 removable Brutalist glass shades textured  to reflect the light. Each glass shade is held securely in place by a metal screw attachment to the lamp holder. There is a decorative textured rope cord with brass baubles around the neck of the iron frame.

Carries 6 standard E14 small screw light bulbs up to 40 Watts each. At present fitted with Pigmy clear bulbs of 15 Watts which are included in the price. There is a floor pedal switch on the cable.

Original antique patina on the iron frame in line with age adding character. All 6 glass shades are in excellent condition.
