DELIVERY / SHIPPING

Sergio & Blair are the 'master wrappers' but not in the street sense. Each piece is carefully & professionally wrapped, in most cases boxed, even to local deliveries.

Within London

We offer free delivery within London UK for most of our items. Otherwise we are happy to arrange delivery at a small charge appropriate to the distance. We often deliver ourselves within London, or alternatively use EVRI or DPD (signed for, tracked & insured) for smaller parcels. In this case, we  will also supply you with photos by email of the item packed upon collection.

For outside London and the United Kingdom

We can contact reliable shippers & couriers that we have used successfully in the past on your behalf to obtain a shipping quote at no extra charge. 

For small to medium items we work with EVRI, DPD or DHL. Our business account allows our pricing to be competitive & good value, and the shipping quote pricing will include: tracking, signature on arrival & insurance.

For larger items we use traditional couriers experienced in delivering antique items that we have met in person over the years. They are insured, and will take extra care of your item. 

We will follow the delivery process all along until you received your item and you are happy with it.

We will also supply you with photos of the item by email packed upon collection.

International Deliveries

We have been shipping antiques worldwide for over 20 years, so we have experience and a vast number of contacts to be able to advice you the best, most safe & economical way.

We take special professional care & extra time while packing, and will follow the process until the item is delivered to you, providing you also with the tracking number.  We will also supply you with photos of the item packed upon collection.

We have a business account with several couriers like DHL , insuring you will get the best competitive price. The   shipping quote pricing will include: tracking, signature on arrival & insurance.

We can advice you on International Customs charges as well. For example for the EU, t he customer is the importer for VAT purposes and advises the delivery   company that the customer is to be declared importer of the goods to the EU, so that the EU  Customs declarations are completed correctly. The seller then charges no UK VAT.

We often add an estimated delivery charge for some locations within the description of our products.

We cannot accept responsibility in the remote chance and item is damaged in transit, but will help in getting a resolution. Our shipping quotes always include courier's Insurance for the value of the item for peace of mind.
