We are happy to offer a selection of our pieces for vintage  furniture hire  to our clients in film, TV, advertising, photography, theatre, exhibitions, PR companies, visual merchandisers, and show homes.

Since 2011 Roomscape supplied vintage furniture & lighting pieces to Fresh Film London, Cutler & Gross, Elle Decoration Magazine, Designers Guild, Agent Provocateur & Miss Sixty.

The new Bulgari 2013 Haute Joaillerie ad campaign for the Diva Collection, inspired by the glamour of La Dolce Vita,   featured Roomscape vintage pieces, together with the lovely  Carla Bruni - Sarkozy and shot by Terry Richardson in Rome. 

Making a 'HIRE' enquiry

If you would like to hire vintage furniture, please complete an online enquiry email by selecting the items directly on the product page and clicking on “Hire”.

In cases that you need something that you cannot see, please email with your requirements. Most of our stock is featured on our website. If we do not seem to have precisely what you are looking for, ask, we may well have just got it in.

Rental terms

We rent pieces in London and England only.

We reserve the right to refuse rental on some pieces that we consider too fragile or delicate as our main aim is to sell the pieces featured on the site and all are in the best vintage condition.

We always recommend a visit to our Central London Showroom where we can guide you round and offer advice and help you with your project. You are welcome to schedule an appointment to view all pieces displayed prior to your rental.

In order to rent vintage furniture, we ask for full payment of the rental in advance by cash, cheque or bank transfer.

You will be given a replacement value for all items that you have hired should they be lost or damaged. It is recommended to arrange suitable insurance cover for all items that are hired.

All items returned after the agreed hire period will be charged on an extended hire basis until returned. We kindly expect clients to inform us if they are going to need to extend items.

Most of our clients provide their own transport, however we are happy to obtain a quote for transporting items hired from us. To give an accurate quote we will need a confirmed list of props, full delivery address, times of delivery and collection, and building access information (parking, lift etc).
