Akira Kurosaki prints `Flame Traces`, woodprint, 1982, Japan.   Stamped, signed and numbered 15/90 by the artist. 

Akira Kurosaki artist was born in 1937 in Japan. He spent years mastering the intricate art of woodcutting and moved away from traditonal Japanese scenes to abstract images full of geometrical shapes and distorted scenes. Kurosaki has prints in The Royal Gallery of Paintings in The Netherlands, British Museum, Victoria and Albert Museum, Museum of Modern Art, National Museum of Modern Art in Tokyo
