Besigheimer vintage floor lamp with illuminated base, 1970`s ca, German

Vintage floor lamp with illuminated base by Besigheimer Leuchten, 1970`s ca, Germany.  Quality chrome column with three textured clear glass shades, each with a light inside.  Original beige fabric drum shade giving character.  The circular base is in chrome and weighted for stability.  Separate control of the top light (inside the fabric shade) from the lights inside the column base, providing task lighting, ambiance lighting or a combination.  The top carries two standard big screw light bulbs up to 60 Watts each.  In the column, three standard small screw lightbulbs up to 25 watts each inside the glass shades.  On top of each glass shade there is a chrome cover which lifts together with the shade allowing easy access to change the bulb.  Very good condition. Rewired and in full working order.
