Kinkeldey pair of wall lights, gold plated gilt frames with 14 crystals (7 on each wall light), 1970`s ca, German.

This pair of wall lights have the extra glam factor having previously been owned by Popstar Kylie Minogue. Documentation of this provenance is provided.

Both lights thoroughly cleaned, newly rewired, in full working order and ready to install.

In this design the traditional antique crystal sconce gets a Modernist twist as the frame is hidden, leaving the crystals to appear to float. This effect is achieved from quality multifaceted crystals, beautifully reflecting the light, on a sculptural geometric form plated in 24 Karat gilt subtly glimmering through. The 7 removable hexagonal crystals on each light are hand polished, and secure to the frame with solid brass decorative cylinder screws.

The modernist take on a classic design in quality crystal & brass would suit a range of interiors such as Art Deco, Traditional, Hollywood Regency, Minimalist or Contemporary.

Each wall light carries 2 standard small screw light bulbs E14 up to 40 Watts each. Presently fitted & photographed with Pygmy shaped light bulbs of 25 Watts. These are included in this price, but it is also possible to use other E14 light bulb shapes.

Each light has behind the original metal wall bracket to fit to the wall. When the bracket is screwed to the wall, the gold plated base easily screws over the bracket through two decorative screws, one on each side.

The gilt on both frames is in very good condition. The 14 removable crystals are all the original and in very good condition with no damages.

These lights sell together and the price is for the pair.

Packing is offered free of charge. We take special professional care while packing. Each crystal would be individually wrapped and packed along with the frames in a box easy to post or send with a courier.
