Pair glass sculptural wall lights by Putzler, 1970`s ca, German in Antique & Vintage Wall Lights / Sconces from Roomscape

This vintage pair of Putzler lights are a design classic with their sculptural organic form which creates great patterns of light. They could be fitted as a wall light or a ceiling light. The design consists of a circular textured clear brown glass shade screwed by a metal ring to a brass toned reflective metal base. The outside surface of the round metal base which screws flat to the wall/ceiling is in black. Each is secured to the wall/ceiling through 3 holes on the back of the base. Each light c arries one standard (E 27) big screw light bulb up to 100 Watts. At present photographed with Crown Gold light bulb of 60 Watts but could take other light bulb shapes. Both glass shades & bases are in excellent condition and each has the original Putzler maker`s label. Newly rewired, in full working order and ready to use.
