Romeo Rega coffee table, brass, chrome & original smoked glass, 1970`s ca, Italian.

This 1970`s coffee table is attributed to Romeo Rega. It has an attractive combination of quality chrome & solid brass frame which is both sculptural and Neoclassical in form. The original glass top has a shade of caramel colour sits within the brass frame which attaches through 8 solid brass cylinders to the outer chrome frame, thereby giving `lightness` to the piece. The geometric sculptural legs in solid brass complement this design while also ensuring the table is stable. The frame is in excellent condition with a nice warm antique patina to the brass. The glass top is in good condition with one minor chip in an inside corner although this is not noticeable as the glass is embedded within the brass frame.

The thickness of the glass is 0.6 cm.
