Trifari heart brooch by Alfred Philippe, large in gold gilt, 1951, USA. This Trifari heart pin is a gold plated three-dimensional heart with high sides. In the center are sparkling, white baguette crystals that criss-cross one another for depth & brilliance. Stamped `Trifari pat pend`. Also featured a photograph of the 1951 patent for this Alfred Philippe design and a photo of the full page advertisement for the Trifari `Heartthrob` series in a 1951 Vogue Magazine. In good vintage condition with rubbing to the gilt in line with age. Gift box included. Also in stock we have similar pins in medium & small size, matching earrings and a necklace.
