Marcel Boucher (1895-1965) was born in Paris in 1895. Initially he worked for Cartier in Paris and then in New York in 1925.
Five years after his move he joined Mazer Bros who he worked for until 1937 moving on to set up Marcel Boucher Ltd. Novelty Jewelry in New York.
After his death his wife Sandra Boucher, a designer of fine jewellery, ran the company until 1972 when the company was sold to Davorn Industries making Boucher vintage jewellery/jewelry highly sought after today.
